My Urban Beauty has been established for 3 years. My name is Helena and I am a qualified beauty and holistic therapist, personal trainer and sport and health nutritionist.

I have been established for 3 years, in which time I have been a part time nutritionist lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and have helped coach the Sheffield sports team "The Sheffield Eagles".
